There might be some question as to the accuracy of the birth time, set at 4.15 am
Jupiter is slightly off Rome.
I would expect the accurate time to show Jupiter passing through Rome. He has spent much time at the Vatican as Cardinal Ratzinger in another role.

This map has a new birth time of 4.21am, making the Jupiter line pass through Rome,
personally I favour this new time that has not been subjected to any rectification yet.

Numerology

Numerology is a complimentary divination method that interacts with the natal astrology chart, it gives very specific information that can not be gained by pure astrology alone,
to me numerology has become so much a part of astrology, that to separate one from the other would be like reviewing only half the story .

• There are two expressions for this position, the first level awareness

  Personally I think the second manifestation relates more to Pope Benedict
  having influence over others, others knowing what is moral and expected.

  Summary

  Pope John Paul 2nd died 2 April 2005, the same date Joseph Ratzinger’s
  pre natal Syzergy foretold of his rise in position. Retrograde Jupiter was
  transiting opposite the prenatal position as he was elected Pope. Jupiter is the
  planet to watch in Pope Benedict’s chart, being the destiny ruler, the MC ruler
  and the Ascendant ruler. Jupiter itself represents the “teacher of light”
  and is dominant in the charts of spiritual teachers, lawyers and those who
  give advice to others. What might not be immediately apparent is Joseph Ratzinger’s
  enormous sensuality, which is possibly hidden and kept under tight control,
  he needed to join an organization where he could give his all, and he may have
  joined the Hitler youth movement in his early years in order to belong,
  but found his true niche in life when he became a monk, where he dedicated
  his life to reading and understanding the scriptures, an idealist at heart
  he has the inner vision of what it could be like adhering to the ancient
  guidelines and laws, but this vision really belongs to another age as it is
  not in keeping with the contemporary society of today, humanity has moved
  onto a higher understanding and may possibly see the implementation
  of old teachings as a move towards suppression.
  Joseph Ratzinger was elected Pope on 19th April, on “the day of solid control.”
  Reflecting his attitude to life and his adherence to purity of the scriptures.
  His life path suggests that he should not be enforcing new regimes but reaching
  out, making bridges and simply being. The day of his inauguration 24 April 2005,
  10 51 am CET Vatican city, saw him pledging to protect and guide the lives
  of others.
