  I am wondering at the possibility of Hillary Clinton having been born just a few minutes earlier, I have not rectified her chart in any way, but think it may be relevant ; as the Jupiter Ascendant line runs very close to Washington DC. If Hillary Clinton’s birth time is moved to 7.53 am, it would make the Jupiter Ascendant Line pass right through Washington DC.

  I’m inclined to think that she may have been born slightly earlier. The two reports can be compared.

  

  

  There is another possible time which is 7.57am, Astrologer Don Borkowski aligns the 4 degree Virgo Midhaven with Chelsea Clintons Mars -Jupiter conjunction. She was born by caesarean section.

  I do think these fixed stars speak more of the nature of what she is dealing with rather than attributes of herself. That which she sees and wants to change.

  Interestingly her chart makes no bones about her intensions, her Ascendant sign Scorpio has two planetary rules in the shape of Mars and Pluto and they are found exactly on the same degree and position in the intercepted 9th house. There is absolutely no mistaking the focus of her energy, also being in the intercepted houses it speaks of what she deals with while in office.

  I think this shows Hillary as a defence lawyer, it shows all the motions, and the mutual reception of the Sun and Pluto shows that she will be totally identified with her career as a lawyer.

  It looks like the most likely time for her birth is just before 8.00 am and with the 4 Virgo MC.

  Chiron, the comet of enlightenment at
  Chiron Conj the fixed star Alphecca; bestowing honour.

  12 17 Scorpio.

  Chiron is in the 12th house conjunct Venus, showing that her husband has created great hurt and a shift in her self. Her life path did indicate that she would separate from him and go onto do greater things, the hurt really making her get in touch with her inner core beliefs.
  She undoubtedly would get to the bottom of what happened before anyone else, this is where her enlightenment comes from, the natal charts closest aspect is a square between Mercury -Saturn,[not speaking her mind] her life path showed the negative manifestation to be through failing to express herself, this one big shock turns her around to stand up and speak her mind, Saturn square Mercury always promises this later in life.
  In a very progressive chart like Hillary’s Saturn Square Mercury shows there is a fear of speaking out because of the awareness of others narrow mindedness and “I know they won’t listen”, because in order to do so it means going against established thinking.

  Interestingly Chiron is also square Mars -Pluto conjunction, Her husbands public betrayal triggering the change in her outlook and environment.

• It’s about wanting to debunk myths and expose lies and half truths for what they are.

• This position shows that she will leave her vision of what the judiciary world will be like in one or two hundred years time, although she worked very much in the present toward changes.

• She would be seen as hard driving and demanding, dynamic and contemplative.
• She will be seen as having been ahead of her time, misunderstood and possibly scorned at the beginning of her career, but that would change by the end of it.

  The constellation is indicative of events effecting large numbers of people, especially those events caused by major meteorological phenomena. When prominent in a natal chart it is said to denote adventurous individuals, but also those who are less than honest in their dealings with others. (Noonan).

  This suggests that the changes she makes effect large amounts of people. Her chart shows her to be very honest in many planetary positions so the negativity of dishonesty will not show itself.

  Summary

  I think it can be said that Hillary Clinton will make huge changes that will effect the whole of America, it will be to do with changing the laws that are no longer working in the judicial system, there will be much opposition and nobody will thank her for what she is doing, but she is driven through her view of the truth and justice.
  What a great symbol for the 1st female American president, the exact image and symbolism of the statue of Liberty itself! An enlightened soul, working from her inner truth, and humanitarianly driven, the true symbolism of America coming out through her.

  But is America ready for her! She’s ready for America.

  My own thoughts are that Hillary will take her place in a few years time and during the transit of Pluto in Capricorn, as Capricorn rules the US government.
  Pluto transforms and gets rid of all that is no longer useful or appropriate. So yes Hillary as President and pruning the old wood would be very appropriate during that period.

  Hillary's Pre Natal syzergy Moon was conj America's Saturn; meaning "government". Her changes are focussed through the American government.

  Pluto starts going into Capricorn in 2009,[ its a matter of looking for the 11-14 degrees Libra activation.]
  America has a Saturn return during the latter months of 2010 and going into 2011, on 14 Libra, an ideal time for changes in American law.

  October 7 2010 ; There is a new Moon on America's Saturn, ruling the 8th and 9th houses, signifying the start of changes being made in the law.

  Nov 21 2010 ; Hillarys PNE is activated by a syzergy Moon, Saturn is transiting her Neptune and America's Saturn.
